We start working together 6–18 months out, so you have my input along the way as the big decisions come up. Then, in the final 2–3 months, I take the reins to finalize all the logistics and bring everything together — so all you have to do is show up and enjoy it.

We start with a "download" — I take stock of all the planning and decisions you've made so far. From there, we work together to lock in the final details, and I set and manage the minute-by-minute logistics so your story comes to life exactly as you pictured it.
