I see events as a love language - an opportunity to bring a special message to life for hosts and guests alike. I work hard to ensure that my planning and coordination carry that sentiment, expressed as attention to detail to ensure the message conveyed is exactly as intended.

14 years as an educator have helped me to develop a reassuring calm under pressure, solid routines for thorough planning, and an ability for quick, efficient in-the-moment decision making.

  • Also known as “Partial Planning,” this package is for you if you have a clear vision of what you want, but want or need help from an expert to guide your decision-making to ensure that vision comes to life.

    We start working together 6-18 months out from your big day so that you have my input on decisions along the way, then in the final 2-3 months, I take over to finalize logistics and make it all happen!

  • Also known as “Month/Day-of Coordination”, this package is perfect for you if you’ve taken care of all the big stuff, but need help finalizing all the small details and managing the behind-the-scenes logistics that ensure your hard work pays off.

    We start with a “download” where I take stock of planning and decision-making you’ve done to date, then we work together to lock in final details and I set and manage minute-by-minute logistics to bring your story to life!

  • Maybe you’re not planning “the big day,” but if it’s a special moment, designed for connection and celebration, I want in!
